What we publish

Sources and local claims
Health, pesticide-safety, species, and treatment claims should link to relevant public-health, government, university-extension, or other primary references. City or regional context is labeled as general context unless a cited source supports a more specific statement. Automation and editorial work
Automation may assist with drafting, formatting, quality checks, and structured data. It must not invent first-hand experience, customer outcomes, expert credentials, prices, warranties, offices, service availability, or local observations. Synthetic fixtures and draft city records are labeled, blocked from indexing, and ineligible for publication as proprietary evidence. Automation batch names are not authors or expert reviewers.
Expert review
A page identifies an expert reviewer only when a real person has reviewed that page and a relevant credential is displayed. If no named reviewer appears, no licensed-professional review is claimed. General editorial publication is not a substitute for inspection, medical advice, veterinary advice, or legal advice.
Images, video, and data
Educational illustrations or generated visuals are labeled and must not imply that they document a local service visit. Photographs require a documented source or credit. Statistics identify their source when available. We do not label modeled, estimated, or third-party information as proprietary customer data.
Service relationship
Gopher Exterminator is a referral and provider-matching service. It does not employ the independent providers who may receive a request. Confirm identity, licensing, insurance, availability, inspection charges, treatment scope, products, safety instructions, price, and warranty terms directly before hiring.
Corrections
Material factual or attribution errors should be corrected rather than hidden by changing a date. To report a possible error, use our Contact page and include the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source.
